The service

Starfish Strength provides virtual coaching, workout programs, and optional live virtual sessions. Access to client features is provided by invitation.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, since we use secure email sign-in links rather than passwords.

Payments & memberships

• One-time purchases and recurring memberships are billed through our payment processor.
• Recurring memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel a membership at any time from your account or by contacting us; price changes apply to future billing periods, not ones already paid.

Health disclaimer & assumption of risk

Our content is for general fitness and educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a medical condition. You participate voluntarily and accept the inherent risks of physical activity.

Intellectual property

The workouts, programs, videos, and other content are owned by Starfish Strength and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starfish Strength is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for misuse of the service or non-payment.

Governing law
